Refund and Returns Policy

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, our Return Policy is designed to assist you in situations where, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are not satisfied with the product received. We take great care in processing every order, including multiple quality checks prior to dispatch, to minimize the need for returns or replacements.


1. When This Policy Applies

Execution of this Return Policy is applicable only under the following unintentional circumstances:

a) You received a damaged product/item;
b) The delivered product/item differs from what you ordered;
c) The product/item was misrepresented on our website.


2. Non-Replacement Items (Products That Cannot Be Replaced)

Replacement will not be provided under the following conditions:

a) If the product/item is returned to us without prior approval or without following the instructions provided by our team.
b) If the product/item has been used, damaged by you, altered, or modified in any way, it will not be eligible for replacement under any circumstances.


3. Returns / Damaged Products

If you no longer wish to keep an item, it must be unopened and unused. The following conditions apply:

  • You must bear the shipping cost both ways (to you and back to us).
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned. All custom-printed orders are final sale.
  • If your original order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged Items – Reporting Procedure

If an item is received damaged:

  • You must send us a clear photograph of the damaged item.
  • A return will be accepted only after approval from our team.
  • We may issue a replacement or credit, at the discretion of our credit department.
  • All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt.
  • Replacements will be sent using the same shipping method as the original order. Requests for expedited replacement shipping will incur additional charges.

5. Weather-Related Damage or Delays

Radha Rani Deco is not responsible for damage or shipping delays caused by weather conditions.
Although packages are insulated for protection, extreme weather may still cause delays or impact product condition. Weather-related issues are beyond our control, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.


6. Important Steps to Follow for Returns

a) For any issue or concern, email us first at radharanideco@gmail.com.
b) Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product—before using the item.
c) Our team will evaluate your concern and respond accordingly.
d) Only send items back after receiving explicit return instructions.
e) Returns sent without authorization will not receive a credit or replacement.
f) Report all issues relating to a single order at the same time.
g) Provide detailed information about the problem to help our team evaluate your claim. If the issue falls under the non-replacement category, we will not be able to replace the item.
h) Once return approval is granted, ship the product within 7 working days, in original packaging and condition, along with the invoice copy.
i) Always use registered airmail/courier services as instructed in your return authorization email.
j) Safe delivery of the returned product to us is your responsibility. We cannot assist in cases where the return shipment is lost in transit. Retain the airway bill or postal receipt until delivery is confirmed.


7. Product Unavailability

If you have paid for a product that becomes unavailable:

  • You may choose another product of the same value, or
  • We may suggest an alternative option.

If the alternate option is not suitable, the full amount will be refunded within 7–15 working days via the original payment method.


8. Additional Conditions

a) Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the product is shipped.
b) For transit safety, items may be shipped separately.
c) Provide a complete and accurate address with the correct PIN code to avoid penalties and return issues.
d) Courier penalties for incorrect addresses must be paid by you—not by RadhaRani Deco.
e) Charges for re-shipment due to address errors must be borne by you.
f) Address changes are allowed only before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
g) RadhaRani Deco is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or damages occurring after delivery by the courier.
h) Cancellation requests must be emailed and approved before dispatch. A cancellation fee of Rs. 250 will be deducted. Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued within 30 days.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai.


10. Severability

If any provision of this Return Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
